MTN, GLO, AIRTEL AND ETISALAT MANUAL CONFIGURATION SETTING FOR PC AND ANDROID

Sometime if you are trying to browse with your android phone and modem on pc without any setting you will discover that you will not be able to access the internet unless when the settings are been applied to it.

Below are the manual settings to apply to each network stated above to browse the internet

Manual configuration for MTN

Name: MTN Nigeria

Access point name (APN): web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net

Username: web

Password: web

For PC User Dial Number: *99#

Manual configuration for GLO

Name: GLO Nigeria

Access point name (APN): gloflat

Username: flat

Password: flat

For PC User Dial Number: *99#

Manual configuration for Airtel

Name: Airtel Nigeria

Access point name (APN): internet.ng.airtel.com

Username: internet

Password: internet

For PC User Dial Number: *99#

Manual configuration for Etisalat

Name: Etisalat Nigeria

Access point name (APN): etisalat

For PC User Dial Number: *99#

To add all this settings to your android phone go to setting on the menu or app of your phone and click on wireless and network after that click on mobile networks and click on access point name, click on menu on your phone and click on new APN and add the settings of the network to it as explained above and you are done.
